【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinestherequirementsforthehandlingofnetworkaddressesfortheidentificationofentitieswhichuseorprovidetelecommunicationservicesofferedbyPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworks(PISNs).ThisInternationalStandardcoversnumbering,includingtherequirementsforthesupportofaPrivateNumberingPlan,theaddressingofnetworkserviceaccesspointsforopensystemsinterconnection(OSINSAPaddressing),andthesupportofsubaddressing.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworkExchangeswithbroad-bandandnarrow-bandcapabilities(PINX)andtoterminalstobeattachedtotheaccessofPINXs.AnyusebyaPINXoftheSupportofPrivateNumberingPlanssupplementaryserviceprovidedbyapublicISDNisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.AlthoughthisInternationalStandarddoesnotexplicitlydescribeitsapplicationtolocation-independent(mobile)addressableentities,thisapplicationisnotprecluded.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidelinesforsettinggauging(ortest)limitsinsupportofaccept/rejectdecisionsinworkpieceinspections,instrumentverifications,andgeneralconformancetestswhereuncertainnumericaltestresultsarecomparedwithspecifiedrequirements.Inacceptingorrejectingworkpiecesorinstrumentsbasedontheresultsofinspectionmeasurements,thepresenceofunavoidablemeasurementuncertaintyintroducestheriskofmakingerroneousdecisions.Byimplementingadecisionrulethatdefinesarangeofacceptablemeasurementresults,onecanbalancetherisksofrejectingconformingworkpiecesorinstrumentsandacceptingnonconformingones.
