【摘要】:RulesforthisCodeSectionhavebeendevelopedconsideringtheneedsforapplicationswhichincludepipingtypicallyfoundinelectricpowergeneratingstations,inindustrialandinstitutionalplants,geothermalheatingsystems,andcentralanddistrictheatingandcoolingsystems.100.1.1ThisCodeprescribesrequirementsforthedesign,materials,fabrication,erection,test,inspection,operation,andmaintenanceofpipingsystems.PipingasusedinthisCodeincludespipe,flanges,bolting,gaskets,valves,reliefdevices,fittings,andthepressurecontainingportionsofotherpipingcomponents,whethermanufacturedinaccordancewithStandardslistedinTable126.1orspeciallydesigned.Italsoincludeshangersandsupportsandotherequipmentitemsnecessarytopreventoverstressingthepressurecontainingcomponents.Rulesgoverningpipingformiscellaneousappurtenances,suchaswatercolumns,remotewaterlevelindicators,pressuregages,gageglasses,etc.,areincludedwithinthescopeofthisCode,buttherequirementsforboilerappurtenancesshallbeinaccordancewithSectionIoftheASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCode,PG-60.TheusersofthisCodeareadvisedthatinsomeareaslegislationmayestablishgovernmentaljurisdictionoverthesubjectmattercoveredbythisCode.However,anysuchlegalrequirementshallnotrelievetheownerofhisinspectionresponsibilitiesspecifiedinpara.136.1.1100.1.2PowerpipingsystemsascoveredbythisCodeapplytoallpipingandtheircomponentpartsexceptasexcludedinpara.100.1.3.Theyincludebutarenotlimitedtosteam,water,oil,gas,andairservices.(A)ThisCodecoversboilerexternalpipingasdefinedbelowforpowerboilersandhightemperature,highpressurewaterboilersinwhich:steamorvaporisgeneratedatapressureofmorethan15psig[100kPa(gage)];andhightemperaturewaterisgeneratedatpressuresexceeding160psig[1103kPa(gage)]and/ortemperaturesexceeding250°F(120°C).Boilerexternalpipingshallbeconsideredasthatpipingwhichbeginswheretheboilerproperterminatesat(1)thefirstcircumferentialjointforweldingendconnections;or(2)thefaceofthefirstflangeinboltedflangedconnections;or(3)thefirstthreadedjointinthattypeofconnection;andwhichextendsuptoandincludingthevalveorvalvesrequiredbypara.122.1.Theterminalpointsthemselvesareconsideredpartoftheboilerexternalpiping.TheterminalpointsandpipingexternaltopowerboilersareillustratedbyFigs.100.1.2(A.1),100.1.2(A.2),100.1.2(B),and100.1.2(C).Pipingbetweentheterminalpointsandthevalveorvalvesrequiredbypara.122.1shallbeprovidedwithDataReports,inspection,andstampingasrequiredbySectionIoftheASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCode.AllweldingandbrazingofthispipingshallbeperformedbymanufacturersorcontractorsauthorizedtousetheappropriatesymbolshowninFigs.PG-105.1throughPG-105.3ofSectionIoftheASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCode.TheinstallationofboilerexternalpipingbymechanicalmeansmaybeperformedbyanorganizationnotholdingaCodesymbolstamp.However,theholderofavalidS,A,orPPCertificateofAuthorizationshallberesponsibleforthedocumentationandhydrostatictest,regardlessofthemethodofassembly.ThequalitycontrolsystemrequirementsofSectionIoftheASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeshallapply.TheserequirementsareshowninAppendixJofthisCode.
