【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestodesign,safetyandoperationverificationofCompressedHydrogenSurfaceVehicle(CHSV)refuellingconnectiondeviceshereinafterreferredtoasnozzleandreceptacle.CHSVRefuellingnozzlesandreceptaclesconsistofthefollowingcomponents,asapplicable.—Receptacleandprotectivecap(mountedonvehicle);—Nozzle.ThisInternationalStandardappliestodeviceswhichhaveworkingpressuresof25MPaand35MPa,hereinafterreferredtointhisInternationalStandardasthefollowing:—H25-25MPaat15'C—H35-35MPaat15'C.ThisInternationalStandardappliestonozzlesandreceptacleswhich(1)preventhydrogenfuelledvehiclesfrombeingrefuelledbydispenserstationswithworkingpressureshigherthanthevehicle;(2)allowhydrogenvehiclestoberefuelledbydispenserstationswithworkingpressuresequaltoorlowerthanthevehiclefuelsystemworkingpressure;(3)preventhydrogenfuelledvehiclesfrombeingrefuelledbyothercompressedgasesdispensingstations;and(4)preventothergaseousfuelledvehiclesfrombeingrefuelledbyhydrogendispensingstations.Alldimensionsusedinthisdocumentareinmetricunits[InternationalSystemofUnits(SI)].Forthepurposesofthisdocument,compressedhydrogengasmeetingtherequirementsofISO14687istobeused.Allreferencestopressures(MPa)throughoutthisdocumentareconsideredgaugepressuresunlessotherwisespecified.Alltestprocedureslistedinthisdocumentaredesignverificationtestproceduresunlessotherwisenoted.Allproductsaretopassallteststobeconsideredtohavemetthisdesignstandard.
